This texture is made to be worn in its full, natural state… offering volume, body, and a realistic look that feels like your own hair.
While the hair can be flat ironed, it is not recommended for frequent straight wear. Due to its texture, achieving and maintaining a straight look requires higher heat and consistent styling to train the hair, and it will naturally revert back to its original pattern over time.
How do I know what size to choose? (Head Measuring Guide)
We make all of our units with an exact fit. Please use the photo above as reference on how to measure your head's circumference for your wig size. If you have longer (past mid-back), thicker hair or measure in between sizes, choose the next size up.
How long will my lace last?
The time frame you're able to keep your lace before replacing it will depend on if you install with glue or how you care for it at home. We do not recommend brushing or coming the lace while the hair is wet. Release any tangles before you wet the hair as each strand of hair is hand tied by a single knot onto the lace and it is very fragile.
Will my wig come customized or will I need a stylist to install it?
All of our other wigs come fully customized with lightly bleached knots, plucked hair lines and completely styled. All you have to do is cut your lace, apply make up to lace (or lace tint) that matches your skin and your unit is ready to wear!

Are the wigs glueless?
All closure units are 100% glueless with a band attached inside the cap for extra security. Frontal units come with a band in the box and not attached to the unit but a request in the notes and we can add the band to the unit. You can use adhesives on the lace if you choose but it is not always needed.
What do I do if my wig is the wrong size?
Please use our measuring guide to ensure you are receiving the correct sized unit. Before you cut the lace, try on your unit and check for the right fit. We do not refund but we can exchange your unit within 30 days ONLY if the lace is still on and has not been cut, then we can exchange for the right size. size chart
How long is processing and shipping?

All Custom wigs, Pre-order Remakes have a 2-3 week processing time from date purchased, once wig(s) are completed tracking info will be sent 1-2 business days.
Bundles have a processing time of up to 14 days.
Ready to Ship orders tracking info will be sent out within 3 business days.
Once it’s sent, we are not responsible once received by mail carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods once we hand it over to the mail carrier. Please refer to tracking info sent for all shipment updates. Or call USPS 1 (800) 275-8777 for help.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes! Please email us with your order number and name and we will try to accommodate if we can!
Can I pick up my wig?

Can I get a refund or exchange my item?
Due to the natural of items, ALL items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstance.
