For all orders, the shipping and billing address must match. Orders over $700 are subject to verification for security purposes.

Shipping & Processing Time
Same-Day Processing
Weekday orders placed before 3PM ET / 12PM PT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

All units include package insurance in case of loss during transit.

Processing Times for Custom Products
* Custom Wigs, Popular Remakes & Plain Jane Units: 2–4 weeks processing time from the date of purchase. Once completed, tracking will be sent within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description or confirmation email.
* Bundles, Tape-Ins & Lace: Up to 14 days processing time.
* Ready-to-Ship Orders: Tracking will be sent within 3 business days of order completion.

Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been transferred to the mail carrier, Extensions of U is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please refer to your tracking information for updates.

Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to offer exchanges under specific conditions.

Not Eligible for Exchange
* Lace has been cut
* Hair has been dyed or altered
* Cap has been cut or modified
* Missing original packaging or box
* Wig has been worn
* Tags, combs removed, or alterations made to lace, cap, or hair
Please use our measuring guide to ensure you select the correct size. Before cutting the lace, try on the unit to confirm fit. Units may only be exchanged within 30 days if lace remains uncut.

Refunds
Refunds are subject to approval by the business owner and may include a restocking fee.
Approved refunds typically process within 2–5 business days, though your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to finalize the transaction.
Automatic Refunds Will Be Issued If:
* Your order is canceled by Extensions of U
* An item sells out after your order has been processed

Returns are processed once items are received and reviewed at our facility. You will be notified once your return has been inspected and finalized.
