We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to offer exchanges under specific conditions.
Eligible for Exchange
* Incorrect head size
* Incorrect color
* Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received
* Other reasons considered at the discretion of Extensions of U
Not Eligible for Exchange
* Lace has been cut
* Hair has been dyed or altered
* Cap has been cut or modified
* Missing original packaging or box
* Wig has been worn
* Tags, combs removed, or alterations made to lace, cap, or hair
Please use our measuring guide to ensure you select the correct size. Before cutting the lace, try on the unit to confirm fit. Units may only be exchanged within 30 days if lace remains uncut.
Refunds
Refunds are subject to approval by the business owner and may include a restocking fee.
Approved refunds typically process within 2–5 business days, though your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to finalize the transaction.
Automatic Refunds Will Be Issued If:
* Your order is canceled by Extensions of U
* An item sells out after your order has been processed
Return Process
Returns are processed once items are received and reviewed at our facility. You will be notified once your return has been inspected and finalized.
